Nominations for the Directorate of the above Company will be received at its registered office, Victoria Street, Hamilton, up till 5 p.m. on Friday, the first day of February, 1924. Messrs Walter Seavill and William Carr Rollett retire by rotation, and are elegible for re-election. NOTICE. Nominations for the position of auditors to the above Company will be received at its registered office, Victoria Street, Hamilton, up till 5 p.m. on Friday, the first day of February, 1924. Messrs C. W. Armstrong and R. P. Hazard retire, and are eligible for re-election. NOMINATIONS— No person shall be eligible for election (or re-election) as'a director or auditor unless he shall have been previously nominated' in writing. Every such nomination must be made and signed by a member of the Company, and must have endorsed thereon the consent in writing of the person nominated. No nomination paper shall be received unless both the nominator and nominee have previously paid all calls due then by them. Every nomination paper pnust be left at the office of the Company (addressed to the Secretary and marked “nomination paper”) on or before the first day of February in each year. NOTE— Should the number of qualified and eligible persons nominated for the directorate and for the position of auditors exceed the number of vacancies, a poll will be taken, and every ORDINARY SHAREHOLDER will receive a BALLOT PAPER (through the post) with full instructions as tp the method of voting and when such ballot papers are returnable to the Scrutineers. PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE CLAIMS AGAINST ESTATES NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 50 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, that all creditors and others having claims against the estate of ROBERT PEDDIE, late of Te Aroha, retired contractor, who died on 30th December, 1923 (whose estate is under administration by the Public Trustee) are hereby required to lodge IN DUPLICATE such claims supported by full particulars and certified as due and owing by the said estate at the date of the death of deceased, with the Public Trustee’s local office at Hamilton on or before the 21st day of February, 1924.
