Coates: — “Leaving Gisborne to-morrow morning for purpose of going through Urewera and will not arrive Whakatane until Friday evening. Leaving Whakatane on Ist December and will join train at railhead nearest point to Whakatane for The Mount, and will be pleased to meet you 'at Pdengaroa or Te Puke, whichever most convenient to you. Regret it v/ill not be possible on this occasion to visit Te Aroha.”
