Inquiries made at the Waihi hospital on Tuesday, says the Telegraph, elicited the welcome news that Mr R T. Reid, Constable H. J. Olsen, and the boy Alexander Bustard, the most seriously injured of those wounded during the terrible tragedy at Waikino, continue to show improvement. The'little girl Kathleen McGarry is doing very well, and the boy Peter McKinney has been discharged from the institution.
