MANGAITI

GIRLS’ CLUB DANCE A very enjoyable dance organised by the Mangaiti Gilds’ Club took place on Tuesday night last in the Mangaiti Hall. As usual the hall was prettily decorated for the occasion, and the arrangements for the pleasure of the dancers were excellent. Miss F. Strange, who deserves great credit for the forming of this Club, was M.C., and kept everything going with a good swing. As the floor was not crowded the dancer's thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The music, which met with the satisfaction of all, was supplied by Messrs L. Flatt and Wade. Extras were played by Miss Woodroffe. During the intervals songs were given by Misses Haig and Woodroffe, and Mr Price.
