Mr W. Hi. Jackson has donated to the Wairarapa High School a complete X-ray apparatus fitted with a powerful coil, condenser, fluorescent screen and Crook’s tubes (states the Age). This donation carries a departmental subsidy for the purchase of special chemistry apparatus. At a meeting of the High School Board of Governors Mr Jackson was accorded a hearty vote of thanks for his handsome gift.
