TE AROHA BOROUGH COUNCIL. PROPOSED LOAN OF {5,500 FOR ELECTRICAL EXTENSION. ”VTOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 8 of “ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908 ” that it is proposed by the Te Aroha Borough Council to raise under Part I of the said Act, a Special Loan for the purpose of extending and enlarging, including a refund to the district fund of the sum of {I,OOO, already expended in extension work) the Electric Light Works of the Borough of Te Aroha. The sum proposed to be borrowed is ,£"5,500, at a rate| of interest not to exceed Six pounds per centum per annum.
