SCOTLAND’S ULTIMATUM
London, March 6
The Scottish Union has resolved not
to participate in any colonial tour un- > less it is managed by a committee on which England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales are equally represented. They also decline to associate themselves with any New Zealand tour until the details of the gates of 1905 are supplied and the accounts of the Anglo- ' Welsh tour of 1908 published.
