Guilty in Divorce Cases.
Senator Hart has given notice of his intention to introduce into the New York Legislature a hill making all “ affinities ” subject to imprisonment for from 10 to 20 years. His measure provides that whenever a divorce suit is brought, the Public Prosecutor shall immediately prosecute the guilty party.
