Captain’s Certificate Suspended.
Melbourne, March 5. The Nautical Court of Inquiry found Capt. Willis, master of the Lady Mildred, which was wrecked in a fog ott AVilson’s Promontory, guilty of reckless navigation and suspended the masters certificate for six months.
