A belief is entertained by more than one leading light in the legal profession that the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) will not resume the duties of high office on his return from ab -oad, apd that the Hon. ( Dr. Findlay (Attorney-General) or Mr H D Bell (Crown Prosecutor) will be his successor.
