Sugar Beet Factory.
TO BE ESTABLISHED AT HUNTLY.J Auckland, August 9. It is proposed to start a sugar beet factory at Huntly, and application has been made to the Maori Land Council for power to mortgage the lands under their control for the purpose of raising flu- necessary roots. Mr W. J. Ralph lias offered" eighty acres for a site for a factory adjoining the Huntly railway station.
