HE DENOUNCES O'BRIEN'S TREATMENT. London, February 3.
Mr J. Dillon, M.P., has postponed his departure on his contemplated tour of Australia on behalf of the Irish National League. It is his intention to return to Ireland at once, and denounce the conduct of the prison authoiities in torturing Mr \V. O'JGsien, jVI.P.
