YELLOW FEVER. PANIC IN THE UNITED STATES. Washington, September 23.
The yellow fever epidemic is extending. The disease has now appeared in the States of Alabama and Mississippi. At Jackson, a town in the latter State, a panic has set in, and the inhabitants are making a wholesale exodus from the place.
