AN ILLIBERAL MOB. TWO MINISTERS STONED. London, September 23.
The members of the vauous district meetings of the Wesleyan denominaion have had under discussion the majoiity report of the Education Coa,missioners. In every instance the Sectarian section has been defeated, and in consequence a good deal of illfeeling has been engendered. The "Rev. Messrs Bush and Gairet, who are both prominent supporters of the liberal side of the question, were to take part in the seivice at the Wesley Memorial Chapel at Epworth to-day. Large crowds of Methodists on the sectarian side thronged the place, and by their conduct prevented the service from proceeding. Messrs Bush and Garret were set upon by these zealots, and being attacked with stones, took to their heels pursued by the excited throng.
