TTNDER the provisions of the River U Boaids Act, 1884, Public Notice is heroby given that after the expiration of thirty days from Ist May, 1887, a Petition will be presented to It's Excellency the Governor praying him to constitute that part of the Colony of New Zealand, known as Ohinemuii County, and intersected by the Ohinemuri, Waihou, Waitoa Piako, and Hikutaia Rivers, a River District under the provision 3 of the River Board Act, 1884, and praying him also to declare the Council of the said County a River Board in respect of said rivers.
