THE COERCION BILL. London, April 26.

In the House of Commons last night, previous to going into Committee on the Crimes Bill, a member moved that the House should not proceed with the ineasuie until the Irish Land Bill had passed the Lords and was presented to the Commons. Mr Balfour, Chief Secretary for Ireland, stated that the Government was unable to accept the arnendnent. The debate stands adjourned until to-morrow, when a ivision is exnected to be taken.
