Prince Albert Victor, the Prince of Wales' eldest ppn, has accepted an invitation to open the Victoria Hospital at Burns on the 13th. Ho is being brought before the public a good deal, as the people want to see something of the young man who has a remote chance of becoming the King of England. He is a most innocent and harm-less-looking young man with a narrow forehead and expressionless eyes. If he makes a speech it has to be written for him, as he would not be capable of writing one for himself. His brother George, who is away in the Mediterranean with his uncle, tho Duk9 of Edinburgh, is a youth of another stamp altogether, having a strong face and a, quick mind. It is reported that Princo Albert Victor will soon be betrothed to Princess Alexandria Theresa, second daughter of the reigning Duke of AnhaltDessou.—London special'to " St. Louis Republican. "
