As a gentleman of extensive literary acquirements, and acquainted with the valuable library or praotical works for which wo are indebted to the United States, his opinion is noteworthy :— " The book is the most valuable work of tho kind published in the Colonies. I am .especially plea-ed with the Articles on vinery, flax, fruit, and hop culture."
