THE PARNELLITE POLICY.
A Plan of Action Decided Upon at a Con-
ferenco m Dublin, Dublin, February 4.— At the Parnollite Parliamentary conference this morning nineteen members were present. Edmund Dozier Gray, member from County Carlow, presided. The Bossion was hold with closed doors. John E. Redmond and Edward Shoil wero appointed whips of the Irish party. It was decided to oppose the London Municipal Bill, unless a similar bill for Dublin is introduced. It was decided to introduce bills amending the Acts which relate to land and to labourers. These will deal with county government, municipal franchise, fisheries, reclamation of land,poorlaws,national teachers and re gistration of voters. It was agreed that during the debate on tho address m roply to the Queen's speech, the Parnellites should call attention to the recent course of the Irish exocutive m the wanton stoppage of public meetings. The Conference further decided to introduce bills providing for technical education and tho planting of trees, and move for a commission to inquire into tho disposition of property held by suppressed trade guilds of London. They declare, further, that any Government bill dealing with the property of London companies m Ireland should be devoted to works of public utility m Ireland.
