THE RIGHT TO KILL.

'' There ought to be a law to give doctors power to put an end to suffering in such cases as mine.'' . This remark was said, at an inquest at Bichmond, to have been made by *n old age pensioner of 78, named Charles Churchman, who committed suicide by hanging. A doctor who had attended Churchman said that for two years he had suffered from noises and pains in his head. Nothing could be found to give him relief, and he had no peace day Or night. A verdict of suicide while temporarily insane was returned.
