To the Editor of THE SUN. . Sir,—Your correspondent's pet theory, reincarnation, scarcely comes under the heading of science and religion. The problem of the existence of evil and pain is so immense that full justice to the subject would be impossiblo in newspaper correspondence. If "Student" cares to peruse 'Collingwood's treatise he will gain a first-hand and exhaustive treatment of the problem.—l am, etc., 8.A.8.
