Tlie charge against Dadley, Limited, of overcharging on a pair of suede shoes was again before the Magistrate's Court at Auckland yesterday, when E. CJ. Pinker, auditor and accountant, was recalled. After hearing further evidence from this witness, judgment was reserved.
