REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS. The following players have been selected to represent the Canterbury Hockey Association in the forthcoming southern and northern tours. First Grade.- Coal, H. Snooks; tlireeqnaiters, P. Martin, P. "Berry; halves, .1. I'ascoc, S. Mnndcr, It. Mollis. I'. Sepfej forwards, P.. Sherrilfs, S. Bell, 11. licit, W. Hell 11. Throp (captain). Second tirade- -Coal. Drayton; threequarters, Close and Cn> ; halves. Pcarcc, C.uinmings (captain), Turnpenny; forwards, Richmond, Holland, Hill, French, Chudlry. The teams will leave Christchureh on Thursday. August 20, and play South Canterbury at Tlmaru the same afternoon, and Otago at Dunedin on Saturday, AuKust 2.5. The first grade representatives will leave Christchureh on Wednesday, September I, and will play Auckland, at Auckland, lor the Challenge Shield, on Saturday, September 4. A match has been arranged against the hYilding Association, at Keilding, on Monday, September (i. Any player unable to take part in any of the above games should notify the association's secretary immediately.
