(Rec. Nov. 29, 11.35) COPENHAGEN, Nov. 25. Mr J. O'Grady, M.P., the British delegate who is to confer with Litvinoir regarding exchange of prisoners, states that 119 British prisoners are in the hands of the Bolsheviks. There are about 1000 Britishers in Russia, mostly at Petrograd and Moscow.
