CONSIGNMENTS BY ORSOVA. Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 7. At the outbreak of the War, the Austrian steamer Orsova was interned in the Dutch East Indies, and importers have, up to the present, been unable to obtain delivery of their shipments by the vessel. The Wellington Chamber of Commerce, yesterday, received the following cablegram from the Sydney Chamber of Commerce: —"Following cable received to-day from the ship's agent at Padang: 'Former Austrian steamer Orsova taken over by Allied Maritime Transport Council, under Italian control. Italian captain willing to deliver cargo found aboard, originally destined to Australian ports. Cargo must be warehoused at Padang and disposed of within one week. Reply immediately.'
