The court-martial severely reprimanded Lieutenant-Colonel Sherwood Kelly for his statements in regard to the Archangel Expedition. • [Lieutenant-Colonel Sherwood Kelly, V.C., In a letter to the "Dally Express," said he volunteered for service In North Russia, believing that by so doing he would bo assisting in the withdrawal of sorely-tried troops. A puppet Government was established at Archangel, but It had not public support, and would su , re ly fall when British protection was withdrawn.
