WELLINGTON, November 3. At the annual meeting of Sharland and Co.,' the report and balnnec-shcet, recommending: a dividend of 7J per cent., were adopted. A retiring director, Mr A. E. Mabin, was re-elected to the board of directors. The directors' honorarium of £SOO was increased by £l5O per annum. LONDON WOOL SALES. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantiln Agency Co., Ltd., have received a cablegram from London giving the undcrnotc4 market information: — Wool sales opened. Merino wool very firm. Crossbred wool 5 per cent, dearer.
