(Rec. Nov. 3, 1.23) LONDON. Oct. 31. The "Times'" lobbyist says that 'the Government is undertaking a .lightning autumn campaign throughout the country in an endeavour to •regain lost prestige. The Government is holding mass meetings during next week, headed by Mr Lloyd George and Mr Bonar Law.
