NATIONALISATION DEMAND.

(Rec. Not. 3, 11.20) LONDON, Oct. 31. Mr Bonar Law states that the raiiwaymen submitted proposals involving nationalisation and joint management, which were therefore rejected. The Government had decided to establish a committee to advise on matters affecting the relations between the State and the railways. The committee includes two railway workers.
