(Hec. Nov. 3, 9.45) TOKIO, Not. 1. Mr Miyaoka, former Japanese Charge d'Affaires at Washington, interviewed, said Japan was not desirous of territorial sovereignty. Her only wish was to penetrate economically. "We have never thought," he said, "of attacking the PhilipEines, because such an attack would e doomed to certain defeat."
