The following officers were elected:— President, Dr A. J. Orchard; vice-presl--dents, Dr J. F. Duncan and Messrs W. L.. Clnystal and W. Crichton; club captain, Mr B. B. Wood; lion, secretary, Mr H. S.. Feast; lion, treasurer, Mr P. Neale; hon.. auditor, Mr A. B. Blank; committee, Mcsjrs \V. Howell, B. B. Ward, T. McClcllandHl.. E. Bcsley, N. H. Jones, K. Hnughcy, and R. A. Blank; delegates .to Canterbury Cricket Association, Messrs R. A. Blank, R.. B. Ward, W. Howell, and T. McClclland; selectors, seniors, Mr R. A. Blank; juniors, Mr H. S. Feast. The Canterbury Cricket Association's proposal regarding the abandonment of district cricket was considered. After considerable discussion it was decided to give the club's delegates a free hand in regard to the matter. Attention was drawn to the large numberof outstanding subscriptions,* and it was. decided to take steps towards obtaining them. I
