Tho rates of pay granted to officers employed by the Auckland Electric Tramways Company as a result of the conference between tho officers, the union, ami the company, are as follow, the increases being in parentheses:— Chief trallic inspector, £5 2/0 (7/0). Depot officers, £5 2/0 (7/6). Chief motor inspector, £5 2/0. Motor inspectors, £4 17/6 (12/6) and £1 17/6 (7/6). Dispatchers, £4 10/- (12/6), and £4 10/- < 7 /°>- , „. Traffic inspectors, £4 10/- (12/0) and £1 10/- (7/6). Second engineer, £0 (10/-). Senior shift engineer, £5 10/- (12/0). Relieving shift engineer, £5 10/-. Junior shift engineers, £!> 5/- (10/-). Overhead foreman, £4 17/6 (7/0). Depot foremen, day £4 17/0 (7/6), night £4 17/6 (10/-). Depot foreman, relieving £1 17/0 (15/-). Foreman armature winder, £4 10/-. Foreman blacksmith, £4 10/-.
