MOTOR AND TRAM COLLIDE. A motor car and tramcar collided in Antigua Street, at the intersection of Burke Street, yesterday afternoon. It appears that the car, which was a fivcseater, driven by Staff-Captain Barnes, of the Salvation Army, came out of Burke Street at a slow pace when the No. 11 car was on its way to town, and it collided with the ear. The step of the tram was damaged, and the step of the car was smashed. A little boy named Adams, who was in the car, was slightly hurt. # anothebTcollision. The above is one of many collisions reported in these columns during the past twelve months. These collisions are certain to cost the car owner a considerable sum unless we take the risk under one of our comprehensive policies. The premium is moderate for a policy which insures the car-owner against loss by collision, causing damage to his car, or claims for damages to persons or their property, and loss by fire.
