GERMAN MARKS.
VALUE IN BELGIUM. (United Service.) PARIS, April 30. The Belgians have presented a Note, pointing out that the seven milliard marks which Germany compelled them to accept during the war at 125 centimes per mark are now worth only one-third of that sum.
