It has been tentatively agreed that Great Britain should receive six dreailncnghts' and six battle-cruisers, Prance nine warships, Japan three, and Italy five. DISTRIBUTION ON BASIS OF TTAVAL LOSSES. (A. & N.Z.) (Ree. May 3, 11.55 a.m.) NEW YORK, May. 2. The Paris correspondent of the,"New York World" states that, the distribution of the German Fleet will he hased on the Allied naval losses. The United States will not benefit hy the distrihution. France is not satisfied with the arrangement, and wishes an appointment on a hasis of the loss of life in the war in all branches of the service. .' The smaller craft will he distributed among the smaller Allied nations.
