Pursuant to Section 10 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," public notice is hereby given that a POLL of the RATEPAYERS in the Area described In the Schedule hereunder, and of all persons entitled to vote on any Proposal of the said Special Rating Area, to RAISE A LOAN in respect of the said Area, in the Borough of Rlccarton, will be taken on WEDNESDAY, THE 30th DAY OF APRIL, 1919, upon the Proposal of the Borough of Riccarton (as published in the "Sun" Newspaper on the 22nd and 29th dav of March, 1919, and the sth and 12th days of April, 1919) to RAISE A SPECIAL LOAN OF £I2OO for the purpose of asphalting the footpaths within the said Area.
