GERMAN HOPES.
DISPELLED BY ALLIES. (A. A N.Z.) PARIS, April 27. News lrom Germany shows that the newspapers still talk glibly of their delegates negotiating Peace. It is understood that a sharp Note has been sent to the German Government which should dispel such fond hopes. Germany, it is said, has been informed that the terms, with the exception of how the indemnity shall be paid, do not admit of any discussion.
