RACING TO RESUME.
THE EMBARGO LIFTED. AS FROM BOXING DAY. The president of the Racing Conference has received intimation from the .Minister of Internal Affairs that the embargo on racing will lie cancelled, so far as meetings from Boxing Day onward arc concerned. This edict will no doubt also hold good in connection with trotting meetings.
