TERRITORIAL OFFICERS.
TO ENTER CAMP AS NON-COMS
Territorial officers who have volunteered tor active service or have been* drawn by ballot, and are lit, but who have not yet proceeded to camp, arc to be sent to camp in monthly batches. The first draft under this arrangement will enter camp on September 17, and the second on October <S. Oilieers who held commissions prior to September 1, 191(5, or who hold the rank of captain, are to enter camp as temporary sergeants, and the remainder as temporary corporals. ____„________
