TODAYS £ASES. Mr T. A. B. Bailey, H.M.. presided at a sitting of the Magistrate's Court this morning. Drunkenness.—One first offender for drunkenness was convicted and discharged, ami iinother was ordered to return to tlies. Salvation Army Home which he had left. Idle and Disorderly.—K, I ward Ben neft, nil elderly man. pleaded guilty to lieiuo an idle and disorderly person. Thi> Salvation Army probation officer said that the Army authorities would look after the man. The accused was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, the order to lie suspended provided that lie remained in the s ;i | ration Army Home.
