NEW RE-ENLISTMENT ORDERS. Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 20. An extract from current General Orders states:—"All warrant and non-commissioned officers who have been discharged in New Zealand from the N.Z.E.F., as medically unfit for service in the field, but who have been subsequently classified as fit for service, and have re-enlisted in the ranks that they held on discharge, will, after proceeding overseas to join the N.Z.E.F., retain such rank on disembarkation in the Uriited Kingdom. Those non-com-missioned officers will not be sent to join their units injjifc'field until they nave undergone a course of instruction at the n.c.o. school, and their ranks will not be retained unless they qualify as 'very good' or 'good' on passing out of the school. N.c.o.'s who do not obtain a qualifying certificate equal to 'good' (in case of sergeant 'very good') will revert to such rank as, in the opinion of their 0.C., they are qualified to hold."
