UNREASONABLE CLAIMS.
SECOND DIVISION DEMANDS. RETURNED SOLDIERS' ATTITUDE Press Association.. AUCKLAND, May 29. » The Returned Soldiers' Conference to-day carried the following resolution:— That the conference is strongly of opinion that the demands of the Second Division League regarding increased allowances are entirely unreasonable. Further, it is the duty of the Returned Soldiers' Association to deal with the question of the repatriation of returned men, which is not within the province of the Second Division League.
