SUBMERSIBLE CRUISERS. (United i LONDON. May 27. The "Daily Mail's" naval correspondent says there are two German types of submersible cruisers. One, the best, is described as a diving cruiser. It is about 500 tons, with a high super-structure armed with three guns. The British have been equally enterprising, and we have a craft as good, perhaps better. SURVIVORS ARRIVE. Australian and .\ 7.. VahU Afnriation. (Roc. May 29. 9.15) NEW YORK. May 28. The survivors from the American steamship Tyler, have arrived at an Atlantic port. They say that three other vessels in the same convoy were sunk by a submarine in the Mediterranean. One was the British vessel Franklyn, none of whose crew were lost. Two U-boats attacked the convoy. [The Tyler was torpedoed and sunk oIT the Trench coast on May .*!. Klcven of the crew were killed.]
