At the Wanganui Supreme Court today, in the case of William Fox, charged with an attempted serious offence, the jury disagreed, and a hew trial was ordered. Chas. Rangi Phillips, charged with burglary at Waitotara, was acquitted. A charge of manslaughter against Win, Robertson is proceeding. The charge arises from February last.
