SUBMERSIBLE CRUISERS. (United) LONDON, May 21. The "Daily Mail's" naval correspondent says there are two German types of submersible cruisers. One, the best, is described as a diving cruiser. It is about 500 tons, with a high super-structure armed with three guns. The British have been equally enterprising, and we have a craft as good, perhaps hctter. SURVIVORS ARRIVE.
