INCIDENT IN SYDNEY. SYDNEY, July 11. 'J lie burning of a recruiting ien! in Hyde Park brought out the fact that a number of recruiting otlicers had received anonymous letters threatening their lives if they persisted in their efforts to enlist volunteers. The threat to burn the lent was carried out.
