PHILLIPSTOWN CRECHE AND KINDERGARTEN.

The monthly meeting of the above committee was held yesterday, there being present: Mesdames Williams, Burn, McCausland, McKenzie, and Miss Bradbury. Apologies for absence were received from Mesdames Voss, Glen, and Miss Paterson. The school report showed: Present roll number 47, highest attendance 48, lowest 2:-!, average 39. The treasurer's report showed £2 8/3, received from school subscriptions, and 3/3 from goods sold. It was decided to notify mothers of Dr Eleanor Baker's lecture to be given in the school on Friday, July 20, at 3 p.m. ilrs Speck was elected a member of the committee. Mrs Williams anil Miss Bradbury were appointed a Visiting •ommittee for the month.
