PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby Riven that the New Brighton Borough Council proposes to raise n Special Loan of £IO,OOO Tor the pi"--pose of road formation, concrete chann ling, kerbing, drainage, and planting in that part of the Borough of New Brighton named South New Brighton Special Rating Area, the boundaries of which said part are defined in the schedule hereto. The special roll comprising the names of all persons entitled to vote in the said part, prepared under the provisions of Section 3 or the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913. is dc posited for public inspection at the office of the Council, situate Hawkc Street, New Brighton, until the 21st day of March. 1917. Any person whose name appears on the Roll may, not later than the 29th day of March, 1917, lodge with the New Brighton Borough Council an objection to his name being Included in the 801 l on the ground that his property will not be benefited by the expenditure of the proposed loan, or, on the ground that the property of any person is wholly or partially omitted from the Roll. Such objection shall be in duplicate and shall state fully the grounds of objection and also the full name and address of the objector. SCHEDULE. P., thence northerly along the. said boundary to Rodney Street, thence easterly along Rodney Street to George Street, thence across George Street to the south-western corner of Lot 27 as shown on D.P. 91, thence northerly along the eastern side or George Street to Hood Street, thence easterly along the southern boundary of Hood Street to the commencing point.
