The ">7ih annual exhibition of pictures under the auspices of the Canterbury Society of Arts will be open to members on Wednesday evening. The public will be admitted from 10 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. each day, as from Thursday. The llurunui Babbit Trustees invite applications for the position of caretaker. Tenders for the supply of rations for the Defence Department at Lytteltou are invited.
