A visitor at the Christchureh City Council ofiice on Saturday was Sir Thos. Kwiug, of New South Wales. This gentleman expressed himself in enthusiastic terms of the condition of the parks and rivevbanks, and made special inquiries as to the constitution of the Beautifying Association.
